How to decide which size will fit me best?

Each individual product page contains a tab of the sizing guide for that product. We also invite you to read the information How to measure yourself.

How do I know which items have material that stretches?

If you're looking for something that stretches, we suggest paying close attention to the fabric type noted within each individual product page. Fabric types such as lycra, spandex, polyester and knit are stretchable.

Where is my order?

WARNING! Incorrect phone number or incomplete address can lead to additional delays! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

How can I find my order number?

Once you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will provide your order number. It looks like #XXXX

Can I change items from my order?

Once an order begins processing, no changes can be made.
If you would like, once you receive the order, you can create a return.
After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

Changing shipping address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Order cancellations

After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Working with the shopping cart

Placing an Order

After selecting a product, click the Add to Cart button — the product will be added to your cart.

Next, if you have finished selecting products, click the Your Cart button. On the Your Cart page, all the products you have selected will be listed. In the quantity field, you can change the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. You can also delete items from the cart here. Afterward, proceed to checkout.

Or click the Buy it now button — you will be transferred to check out.

After entering the necessary information for the delivery (recipient's full name, delivery address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.), to place the order, you need to click the Place Order button.

A copy of the order will be sent to your email, which was provided during the checkout process.

You can also enter a discount code in the appropriate field.

Shipping

Shipping options, prices, and times

We deliver via UPS. Delivery times depend on the state and typically range from 2 to 8 business days. We offer 3 shipping options via UPS:

Economy - 5 to 8 business days

Standard - 3 to 4 business days

Express - 1 to 2 business days

The cost also depends on several factors such as the weight of the package, the number of items in the package, and the destination. You can see the cost in the cart when placing an order, after filling in the address.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

My order is stuck or not moving

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at this email info@solmar-store.com

Payments

Payment methods

Our online SOLMAR Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

You will also see the option of using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay or Amazon Pay during checkout.
Prepaid debit/credit cards may also be accepted depending on the results of our fraud system check and review processes are completed.

My credit card was declined

We are not able to say for certain, but the financial institution that issued the card being used at checkout can provide additional information if the payment for your online purchased was declined.

Occasionally, prepaid Mastercard or Visa debit/credit cards may be declined at checkout despite available funds. In some cases, it may be helpful to register the gift card with your specific contact information.

The financial institution that issued the prepaid card may be able to provide additional information if the card was not approved for use at checkout.

I have been charged twice for the purchase amount. What can I do?

Some banking institutions may withhold a pre-authorization and an actual charge. This amount will automatically be deleted. If that is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank so they may expedite removal of the pre-authorization withholding amount.

What is the CVV?

CVV is a unique three-digit number for each card that is used as a means of security for online purchases.

Returns

How to return?

To initiate a return, you can choose from 3 options:

- request via your Account - Orders - Request Return

- request via Returns Center

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return label via email.
You can drop off your package at UPS offices within 14 days from the creation of the return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is accepted or rejected.
This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information is delivered.

How to make an exchange?

Where is my refund?

Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and an E-Gift Card to be issued.
