SOLMAR Gift Cards are available exclusively in digital format. No physical gift cards are issued.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your digital gift card and a unique redemption code. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at checkout.

SOLMAR Gift Cards do not expire. The remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

- Enter your unique gift card code at checkout to apply the available balance to your order.
- Gift cards can be used to pay for eligible purchases, including merchandise, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
- Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent.
- If the order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Only one of the following can be applied to a single purchase: a SOLMAR Gift Card or a promotional discount code. Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional discount codes in the same transaction.

Items purchased using a SOLMAR Gift Card may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
If a refund is approved for an item purchased using a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card balance. The refunded amount will remain available for future purchases.

If you do not receive your gift card email after completing your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
If you lose access to your gift card email or cannot locate your gift card code, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance with retrieving your gift card details.
